How long does the survey take?

About 5–7 minutes. Most questions are more of a way to gather verification for legalities and obtain all identification necessary for your successful journey with the Keys.

What if I don't have a professional headshot?

A clear phone photo works. Shoulders-up, good lighting, facing the camera, no sunglasses or group photos. It's only used for your welcome banner, and only if you give permission.

Who sees my answers?

Only the Keys Academy team, mainly Loraine, who uses them to prepare your onboarding call. Your answers are never shared publicly. Your photo and handle are only featured if you check the permission box.

What happens after I submit?

You'll be prompted to confirm your survey submission and redirected to our Intake Questionnaire that deep-dives into your business process at the moment.
