1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing keys2freedommasterclass.com, submitting a form, or using any Keys Academy service (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services. "We," "us," and "our" mean Alisha Got Keys LLC.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Our Services

Keys Academy provides education, coaching, mentorship, and related resources, delivered through our website, live sessions, calls, and online platforms. Program details, pricing, deliverables, and timelines are described in your Client Agreement or the offer you accepted.

4. Client Agreement & Order of Priority

If you enroll in a program, you'll sign a separate Client Agreement. If these Terms conflict with your Client Agreement, the Client Agreement controls for that program.

5. Payments & Refunds

Fees, payment schedules, and any refund eligibility are set out in your Client Agreement and the checkout page. All sales are final except as stated in your Client Agreement. By providing payment details, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the amounts you agreed to. You're responsible for any taxes that apply.

6. Communications Consent

Email. By submitting your email, you agree to receive messages related to your inquiry, onboarding, and programs, and, where permitted, marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Text messages (SMS). By checking the consent box and providing your mobile number, you agree to receive texts from Keys Academy about onboarding, support, appointments, reminders, and program updates, and, if you opted in, promotions.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help. You may receive one final text confirming your opt-out.
• Supported carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Your Account & Responsibilities

Provide accurate information, keep any login credentials confidential, and tell us promptly of unauthorized use. You're responsible for activity under your account.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or the rights of others
• Share, resell, or redistribute program materials, recordings, or access without our written permission
• Harass, abuse, or threaten staff or other members
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Services
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use the Services to send spam or unlawful content

We may suspend or end access for violations.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, including curriculum, videos, templates, logos, the Keys Academy name, and the "Rich Off Keys" brand, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use program materials for your personal use only. You may not copy, sell, or distribute them without written permission.

10. Your Submissions

Anything you send us, including survey answers and support requests, is used to provide the Services as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to share it. If you give us a testimonial or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it, with your name only if you've approved that use.

11. Results & Earnings Disclaimer

Keys Academy provides education and mentorship. We do not guarantee any particular result, income, or outcome. Any examples, case studies, or testimonials are not typical and are not promises of future performance. Your results depend on factors including your effort, experience, market conditions, and decisions. Nothing we provide is legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Consult qualified professionals before making decisions.

12. Third-Party Services & Links

The Services may rely on or link to third-party tools and sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, terms, or practices.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keys Academy and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limits, so these may not fully apply to you.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Keys Academy and its owners, employees, and contractors from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

16. Termination

We may suspend or end your access at any time for violating these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept them.

19. General

These Terms and your Client Agreement are our entire agreement with you. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent.
