This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you visit our site, submit a form, join a program, or communicate with us.

  • Onboarding and agreement details (for example, signed agreements and booking information)
  • Billing details, which are collected and processed by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.

If you give us your mobile number and opt in, we may send you texts about your onboarding, support requests, appointments, and program updates.

  • Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with:

  • Service providers who process data on our behalf under contract: our CRM and marketing automation platform (ScaleOption), email and text delivery providers, payment processors, scheduling and e-signature tools, Google Workspace, and analytics providers
  • Professional advisers, such as lawyers, accountants, and insurers, where needed
  • Authorities, when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property
  • A successor business, if we're involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you where required

6. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When it's no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

7. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to keep the site working, understand traffic, and measure marketing performance.

  • Essential cookies keep forms and pages functioning.
  • Analytics and marketing cookies help us understand usage and measure campaigns.

  • Withdraw consent at any time (this doesn't affect prior lawful processing)
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

  • Right to know what we collect, use, and disclose
  • Right to delete and to correct your information
  • Right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We don't sell or share your information as those terms are defined.
  • Right to limit use of sensitive personal information (we don't use it beyond providing the Services)
  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights

How to exercise your rights: Email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Request." We'll verify your identity and respond within 30 days (45 days for California requests, extendable where permitted). An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.

9. Email Compliance

Our marketing emails follow CAN-SPAM and CASL. They identify us as the sender, include our mailing address (Aubrey, Texas 76227), and contain a working unsubscribe link. We honor opt-outs promptly, within 10 business days at most.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including access controls and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

11. International Transfers

We're based in the United States, and our providers may process data in the U.S. and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers from the EEA/UK.

12. Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact [email protected] and we'll delete it.

13. Third-Party Links

Our site may link to third-party sites. We're not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. For material changes, we'll notify you by email or a notice on the site where required.
